A $40 non-refundable non-transferable booking fee is due at the time of booking.
This amount goes towards the total price of your tattoo.

-You cannot be pregnant or nursing.
-Must wait 6 months after being on Accutane.
-Do not show up to your appointment if you have consumed alcohol or THC.
-Must be 18 or older
-No children of any age of 12 are allowed.
-One guest is allowed to accompany you to your appointment.
